The first Gabriel Knight game I played was The Beast Within, and I have been hopelessly hooked ever since. Was it the compelling story? The memorable characters? The German scenery?
All of the above, and more!
It fired my imagination and turned me into a soundtrack junkie and Wagner-lover. :)
Jane Jenson, who created the series, did loads of background work--like any good writer *wink*--and I feel it is my duty, as well as fitting tribute, to provide it to other fans out there. Additions to the Archives are, of course, always welcome and heartily encouraged!
